Channel 36 HDTV Van.

I was following it on the freeway today. It's not much bigger than any of the local news vans. But it is sure top heavy. It looked like it will flip over if the driver takes a turn too fast. It has the profile of those London double decker. I was afraid to drive next to it. :)

I've seen this kind of ENG van mostly in reports from Europe. It seems to be popular there for some reason (reminds them of their busses? ;) )

And I believe all live units are topheavy, you occasionally hear of someone taking a turn too sharp and tipping one over. :eek:

Just be sure when you load equipment and stuff into one of these vans that all heavy equipment and those with the most heaviest weight be on the floor.

Yeah don't go over 60 mph around that sharp curve on I-43, I-94 near the Howard/Holt ramp.
