Question About A T & T Uverse

I saw a commercial for AT&T U-Verse that showed a disgruntled TWC Customer complaining that her All The Best Package had ended and that AT&T was offering Cable TV or wireless, and high-speed Internet for $80/mo and that it was not an intro price like TWC All The Best Package.  I had a big cable jump from $175 to $200 after my All The Best Ended.  To compensate, I plan to drop Showime and the Digital Sports Package.

So, what's the catch or catches with AT&T U-verse and their $80/mo?  Right now I have Digital Cable Standard w/ DVR  HBO On Demand, and Free On Demand/ Road Runner wireless, and Digital Phone.

You can always tell TW you are switching to ATT due to price increase and renegotiate to the old price or better.
