CBS 58 D off Line?

I replaced my OTA antenna rotor today.  When I syched tthe rotor, and turned on the set, no 58.  can not D46 to program into my tv.  poor analog picture too. Has something happened to thier digital?

Just checked and it's coming in fine up here in Jackson.

Both analog and digital transmitters are at full power.
