TWC Kiosk in Regency Mall Gone?

I just heard that the TWC Kiosk in Regency Mall is no longer there.  Does anybody know why or when it happened?  I Would go there and talk to the guys there and usually could get a pretty good deal.  Last year I just was talking to them and the guy offered to make my DVR service free for a year, so I'm bummed that I don't have a local contact any more.  The Mayfair store is a bit far too to go to, and they don't seem to have a local number to call.  The Kenosha office is staffed by stiffs who wouldn't give you a deal if your life depended on it!  Why must Time Warner make it so easy to hate them!

Just a reminder to everyone, there is a very good alternative to cable... switch to satellite.

However, if you are looking for a Time-Warner store, there's one in Southridge on the upper level near Sears. That's a little closer to Kenosha than Mayfair.
