LOUD Weather Channel

Why in the world  is the Weather Channel obnoxiously loud?:bang:   Is this  a TWC issue  or  are  dish subs  getting it,too?  :huh?:

It was always louder, but then for a while it was ok. Now I've also noticed how it has become excessively loud for about the last week or so.
Dumping TWC and getting "D" tomorrow so I'll be able to compare.
