WITI - better signal, why?

Is it just tropospheric conditions or did the WITI do something to improve their signal?  I'm in Northbrook, IL.  It was coming in just as well as channels 4-1, 36-1, and 24-1 Sat/Sunday.  I hope something was done so it stays this way and it's not just propagation luck!  It usually isn't this good.

Ah, too bad.  Nice to see channel 6-1 anyway!  I watched the X-files movie this weekend. Chicago fox 32 had some crap on.
