ME-TV Channel 201/19 Cable Observations/Questions?

I really like ME TV!

But have any of you noticed extreme pixiation and break up on Channel 201 on TWC?  I have been watching on standard service Channel 19, which has a somewhat fuzzier picture, but no break-ups.

I did write to the headquarters of ME-TV in Chicago, and they e-mailed me back saying that they will consider adding ME-TV TOO to the Milwaukee stations at the time when new programing is considered for ME-TV in Milwaukee.

Do you think this will happen for Channel 201?  I think it should, why have two channels that show the exact same programing?
