PassTime Games, Channel 1200 Questions?

Guys,

Has anyone experienced any issues with the Card Games (Passtime Games) channel freezing up from time to time? (TWC Digital Channel 1200?)  A reboot seems to solve it for about 5 days, and than it does it again.  Sometimes it will momentarily freeze within about 5-10 seconds of going to a game, other times it will freeze when the score is flashing after getting points.  I am still under Passport Software.  Does this channel behave differently or worse under the new Navigator?  On the Video Poker and Solitaire Games, there is also a mild slow down when the last card in the pile is dealt.  This is the 8300 HD running Passport.  Parental Control settings are off in all cases and no other problems noted.

Do you think this is a server issue, a box issue, or the fact that the channel has not been updated for about 5 years that it is starting to act up because the games have not been updated?  TWC had planned for more elaborate games, some on a subscription basis last year.  However, when Navigator's problems developed, I just assumed they had abandoned the games channel.  Last year, or the year before, I got a TWC bill that said that Passtime Games was being dropped.  I know this IS a Pioneer/Passport software, which may explain the issues that I have on that channel from time to time.

No games in Navigator.. it's specifically for Passport.  I was also told they would have more games.. specifically on Navigator, but that never happened.  I believe that was ~2 years ago when we got the Navigator beta on the Pace box.
