Dreaded IC Chip Solder Issue With My Mits WS55807

Looks as if I am having the re-occuring issue with the IC chip solder again. I have already had the flows re-soldered, and a few years later had the IC chips completely replaced
I am asking for any help that anyone can give to try and correct this problem early on.  If you have performed the resolder technique on your Mits, would you be willing to do it on mine ? I never have done it, but would be willing to pay you for your time, and also would provide a case of your favorite beverage.

Trying to avoid having to call a service tech to come out and do this, so I thought I would give the forums a try first.

I have a 55" (forget the exact number) in storage with the same problem.

I'd do the same !!! Package deal for two ?
