HBO on Broadband to launch in Milwaukee

I never actually tried downloading any movies or anything back when I installed it on my XP machine... but I just tried it tonight out of curiousity.  It's saying that I'm not on Road Runner or that I don't subscribe to HBO, which I do both.  I look in the FAQs on the site and it says that if you are in the employee partner program you can't get it.. and of course I am.  What a bunch of BS.. this program is worthless.
