U-verse coming to Brown Deer in 2-3 months

I saw two AT&T trucks in my neighborhood on Friday, so I flagged one down to ask what was going on.  "Conditioning the lines" in preparation for U-verse is what I was told, and that availability is still 2-3 months away.
