53129 (Greendale, WI) is about ten minutes away from 53219 (Milwaukee, WI). Why would Greendale get CSN Chicago from DIRECTV, but not Milwaukee?

I live in 53219 and don't get CSN Chicago.  It's probably a glitch on the website.

If I had to guess, it's based on the first 3 digits of the zip code.

For instance, the same Chicago availability applies to Helena, WI.  Search a Google map for that and you'll see Milwaukee is MUCH closer to Chicago.
