DirecTV installation

I am planing to setup a Vista Media Center computer and given all the issues with CableCard, this DirecTV info seems quite interesting:

This got me thinking about the installation side of DirecTV. I checked the DirecTV website and could find NO info regarding installation of the dish.

What is required to install the DirecTV dish?

On a side note, I will be pulling RG-6 cable from my basement into my attic for an OTA antenna. When I built my house a number of years ago, I didn't really think much about antennas (all rooms have RJ11, RJ45, and RG6 home runs to the wiring closet in the basement). The OTA antenna wire will be a tricky pull since the wiring closet is on the west end basement and the antenna needs to be in the east end attic. So, the wire needs to go inside the walls, two full floors from basement to attic (all AV/network wiring to the attic runs through a common wall, but wish I had thought to put in conduit) and then across vaulted attic ceilings.

So, I would expect the DirecTV dish would need to be located on the roof somewhere. This means the dish wiring would need to basically follow the same path as the OTA wiring (from somewhere in the attic) down to the basement inside the wall to the wiring closet.

As long as I am pulling/fishing an RG-6 for OTA antenna, I could pull a cable for the dish antenna. What type of cable is used to connect the dish antenna?

I would think it is RG6 connected to a 75-to-300 ohm balun. Thats what I have anyways.
I did not "pre-think" my wiring situation either regarding a antenna run when I got Directv. I instead ran from my attic to outside the house, and then back in through a basement window frame. Much easier than trying to run through three floors (my attic is a full story walk in attic.)
