Probably not... most of the area is serviced by AT&T.  Any of the areas serviced by the old GTE (northern WI, parts of southern WI).. now Verizon..  are not likely to get the service anytime soon.

If you mean Verizon's FTTP solution, then I doubt it...however in Fiber areas of AT&T Uverse is being delivered over Fiber to the Prem.   IE:  Pabst Farms, Port Washington, Jackson, West Bend....any neighborhood that has been developed recently that AT&T  did the infrastructure as FTTP.
