I seem to remember seeing Star Trek airing on a local channel sometime in the 1980's. It was either the original series, or the aniamted series (I forget which).

Does anyone know if/when either series was syndicated in Milwaukee, and what channel(s) it aired on? Thanks!

The original NBC version of STAR-TREK was repeated in Milwaukee. starting in the late 1960s  It was on channel 12 and shown in the late afternoon on weekdays. It proved to be really popular, and each episode was repeated many times. I believe the original STAR-TREK series had only about 72 episodes

I remember getting home from school every afternoon in the late 60's early 70's and watching Star Trek before doing anything else. If I remember right it was either on at 3:30 or 4:00.

Channel 24 did run the original series for a couple of years in the early 80's in the afternoon.  I recorded them on my Betamax so I could have the entire series on tape. btw, I still have them all on Beta in a box in the basement, Why? I have no idea  when my DVD jukebox is loaded with the entire series.

Live long and prosper!
