Caller ID on TV Icon Has Shrunk To Unreadable Size

Has anyone else had this problem?

For the last 5 days or so, the Caller ID on TV icon has shrunk to an unreadable side.  My box's functionality works great.  I am still on Passport, and understand that Navigator is scheduled to be launched soon, so I was wondering if this might be a result of the cause/effect of this issue?

Wish I could help, but I don't have Time Warner voice service, and my parents who DO, for some reason the Caller ID software isn't even on their box, so I've never actually seen it in action.

Jack- After reading your post I went to check my caller ID. Yes it did seem to shrink but also, even though I have it enabled, there were no calls listed.
I know I didn't erase them. Anyone else notice this?

If someone wants to call TWC and just ask what's up with the Caller ID on TV thing, maybe we could find out if this is part of the Navigator upgrade process.  The thing is, it's such a pain in the a$$ calling them, and many people I can understand don't want to do that over a "Caller ID on TV thing."  You guys might get stuck with a box replacement when it's not the box that is an issue, but seems to be something on their end.  You can say, "I don't want a service call, but several neighbors, friends, (actually indicating the people on this forum) either no longer have Caller ID on their boxes, or it is shrunk to an unreadable size.  As the Caller ID on TV is really a bonus thing, I would suspect that many aren't considering it a big deal.  But it still would be nice to know what's going on.

The TV Caller ID icon is back to regular size.  People must have called and complained.

Caller ID on TV has shrunk again.  Several of us had this same issue last time I reported this as I recall, so if you want to report it--let them know.
