The Marquette package TWC got is not in HD?

I would guess it is highly unlikely it will be in HD, otherwise TWC would be promoting the TWC sports channel as another HD channel they added plus I would think the production costs/fees paid to Marquette are mostly borne by TWC.

I still wish I could watch those games tho'.

I will watch them too. But if let's guess D* or E* will want to add this channel. Will TWC demand them to put it on basic tier:D

Because TWC knows that nobody will watch their lame channel? It's like the WSSP of television.

Well they do own both the cable company and the channel, so yes of course they can do it.

Who was representing TWC in the radio discussion?

I am not a football fan, but can certainly understand TWC subscriber's frustrations.  People that are paying for these "All in One" Packages at $100-$200 a month should honestly have a converter that talks, stands up, and sings.  That's how I feel about it.  If cable rates were still $40-50 a month, than I could see fans paying the extra charge, (although reluctantly.)  But not when people are paying $100 or more and TWC can't offer one little sports channel?  It makes no sense!  At those rates, TWC should offer everything, EVERY THING that you can get on dish and dish should offer everything on TWC.
