Dropped digital phone and rate went UP!?

I checked the balance on my new statement from TWC and I used to pay around $140 a mo. for RR(turbo)/Phone/Cable with HD package. NOW they want $170  a month from me  !? :bang:  Needless to say I called them and complained profusly! I told her that this WILL be what it takes to make the switch to satellite. She said I was in some special package..blah blah blah .anyway,,after my threats to leave she came up with a 12 mo. 'special' for RR/Cable for $113 a mo. including tax. This will keep me at least through Feb. when,as I stated before,Im getting married and will be moving to Greendale. IF by then they don't add AT LEAST 10 HD channels,it WILL be adios :wave: to TWC

That is the "way" TWC works, honestly.:rolleyes:
You change ANYTHING and the discounts or service pricing can change.

An associate of mine had Digital Phone and as soon as his family changed one item from the service, the then-included item  that previously existed at no extra charge-was charged.
Their service "loopholes" are really an accepted practice - accepted, as in TWC-accepted and customer-shafted policies.:mad:

I assume you have checked that your new residence has a clear view of the southern sky............afterall, Greendale has a lot of tall timber............
