NBA League Pass HD games...this is what TWC said to me!!

I have been calling almost everyday and getting no answer from from them regarding NBATV games in HD. So i called today and the csr didnt know what i was talking about. So he connects me to someone else.
The next guy talks to his supervisor and says, nba tv on channel 119 will be in HD when the games are in HD. So, hes saying when a game in in HD, channel 119 will be broadcasting it in HD.
HUH? i dont get this at all.

:confused: IIRC, NBATV HD games used to be in SD on NBATV and the HD broadcast was on inHD2. That's gone now, so who knows.

Even so, there is a big difference between an NBATV game & the league pass package. :confused:

Don't know what's happening with TWC, but NBA HD is on 601 on D*

NBATV HD and NBA HD League Pass also on Dish. Free the first week of the season.
Also Dish has now several sports HD alt channels. And Bucks game tonight and Saturday game at Chicago are in HD.

I want to make the switch, but i am no looking forward to missing CBS and I was wondering about MPEG2 versions of espn and espn2, tnt, etc.
I dont want a drop in PQ for these channels...so is there one.
I have a new samsung 4671 120hz tv. TWC has awesome picture except their customer service and HD options make me sick.

How is the picture quality compared to directv?
