Watching Survivor tonight, 58 seems to be having a major problem with the picture, which is fluctuating between green and pink overlaid dots.  My wife turned the channel for fear of having a seizure!

Anyone else see this?

Thanks, it's safe to switch back now without going into convulsions.

Now, after the 7:30 commercials, we get a "Loss of signal input" screen.

I'll be glad when this whole digital TV becomes commonplace.

It seems ridiculous after this long to still be having such catastrophic failures. Of course they are happening at every level, so you can't really blame any one point of distribution, they are all equally inept.

Thought it was just my antenna.  CSI flipped between SD and HD all night, and the "Loss of Signal" came at the worst time in the show.  I guess I'll be downloading tonights episode to watch it.

Good... I'm glad I wasn't the only one to see that. I had the "Loss of Signal" message as well. Fortunately it let up or I'd be firing up the ol' torrent client right now.

I too had this same loss of signal and random SD-HD switching on TWC 505 all throughout CSI.  The same was happening OTA on 58-1.

I resigned myself to watch the last 25 mins on channel 5 and forgo the HD version...which royally ****es me off.

Was it a national CBS issue or just locally here with CBS58?

Both of our HD receivers failed last night due to a power supply failure for the satellite LNBs.  Full HD was restored at 9pm.
