Is there anywhere local to buy parts for Dish network? I have the Dish 500 Pro with two LNB's. I need the plastic piece that the two LNB's mount to. The owner's manual refers to it as a Y-bracket. A piece of ice fell off my roof and broke it. I'm trying to figure out the fastest way to get it. Thanks.

They won't do that for free. They want $5 up front for home service plan.  But you can call the next day for service.  Then they charge you like $50 for roof based problems.  A receiver is only shipping costs, but the dish itself is a service call that is billed like $50 intead of the %90 for those without the service plan.

Duct Tape!  ;-)
