Local Guide Info on Dish

Does anyone have any info on why Dish doesn't supply guide info on OTA channels, beyond the ones that are the same as their analog counterparts (4-1, 12-1, etc.)?  I could swear for a short period toward the end of last year I saw guide information show up for ALL of the OTA stations including all the PBS channels (someone confirm I didn't hallucinate that), but I see nothing but "Digital Service" now.

FWIW - this is on a VIP622.
