10-2 / 8-2 not Ch 36 delayed programming

8-2 (formerly remapped to 10-2) is no longer showing Channel 36 analog delayed by 3 hours.  Now it is a channel devoted to Spanish language programming.  I wonder if this is permanent?  It is something called V me.

This was published a few weeks ago...they dropped the 36 delayed to add the New PBS Spanish Station...this appears to be permanent.

Any idea what happens to the 36 analog content once analog goes away?
