Problems with channel 3 (TBS) on TWC

Anyone having problems receiving this today or yesterday? The picture seems to have color banding all over it, and the signal quality isn't high enough to get any image at all on our digital boxes.

No problems here on the southside of milwaukee, did this happen all of a sudden?

I barely watch TBS... my mom reported it's been happening since yesterday.
