No OS.. drive will be formatted.  I'll throw in the Vista Home Premium upgrade (retail) for an extra $120.  I've used it for probably 4 or 5 months now and it works great still.  It's very capable of running Vista.  I have all or most boxes and manuals for everything.

For $1400 I'll sell the whole thing including:

Vista Home Premium

Logitech Z4 speakers
Logitech MX5000 bluetooth mouse/keyboard

I'll still leave the hard drive blank so you can decide whether or not to use MCE or Vista and so you can set it up the way you want.  If you need a CD with the drivers, I can make one.
