TWC....yeah....so far...not happy

Recently I posted saying i would be a new TWC customer last thurs.  well when they came out, needless to say, they didnt have the HD box...which they told me on the phone when i set up the acct. saying that the HD box would not be coming for another 15 days.  Ok.....great...but i would at least, i would be getting the DVR box.    So...."joe" installer comes over to do the install.....with of course no HD box.......as well as no DVR box.   WTF.      So know i have this great digital box hooked up with s-video!    F'n great  

So now i wait........patiently..............Glug2

Carefully keep records of everything and then when you finally get your boxes and your bill call them and make sure it's adjusted accordingly.  Don't let them charge for services and boxes they didn't supply.

Remember all I said was that the picture quality/sound was great.  Just about everything else TWC does is below average, except for billing of course.

You haven't been following the threads.  There's been a shortage of DVR's at TWC and many, many people are on waiting lists.

Wow that is not cool at all.  my dads HD dvr just broke down for the 191230189239018 millionth time and he was going to get it replaced....  He is going to be ****ed.
