Did the Costco construction get approved?

There are already constructions on the Northwest corner of Hwy 60 and I43.

Long time ago, it should be open by the end of September. There is an article in todays Journal about it and a few other stores...can't remember but I think a restaraunt and a cellphone store and something else.
