Need a TWC worker of sorts

I need to find out what happened on saturday night with channel 502 (HD PPV). All I got was a gray screen that locked up my box a few times. I need to know if this happened to more people (I did see a random thread on a search where one person had the same issue in a different state).

I had the same problem. I was on hold with TW for 1 hour and 15 min. before I got a tech that just told me they have having problems with the HD feed and that they are telling everyone to just tune to channel 801. He also said that he would creidt my bill since it took so long to have someone answer. Make sure you check your bill so they don't charge you for the HD PPV.
