I thought I would try this locally before going to my other frequented HT forums as to save on shipping.
Anyways I am looking to sell my beloved Velodyne CT-120 subwoofer. I am looking into getting tower speakers and the wife said either keep the sub, or the towers but not both (atleast for now).
Its about 1.5 years old, black laminate, front firing 12" woofer powered by a 175 watt amp. This thing goes waaaaay down, as I've SPL'ed it to about 24Hz using AVIA disk. Great for music, excellent for Home Theater. It is in perfect shape being hardly ever "pushed" except for occasionally playing music loud. There is a VERY minor "dent" on the front, but it has to felt by hand as you can barely see it.
I will even throw in a 6ft (I think its 6, maybe 10 ft) Monster sub cable for free. I am asking $400 firm. Anyone that wants to check it out and test drive it before buying are more than welcome. Bring your favorite bass-thumpin movie scene or music (this thing has actually knocked nic-nacs off shelves IN OTHER ROOMS, and has shaken loose all the window glazing on my living room windows!
Email me if you are interested.

hey you guys, I own a Velodyne sub and know from first hand experience it's one of the best available.  If I didn't have one I would be screaming over to him to buy it for that price.  IMHO.
