Both NBC and FOX Got Very Bad on 12-31

An update:

TWC service was at my house Thursday 1/4, and found no problems with signals.  However, periodically, including frequently during last night's Apprentice episode, 504 was still dropping out.  So in my book this problem is not resolved just yet.

I've also had the same problem, though it seems to be mainly with 504, and not every day.  When it happens though, it's bad.  I get the macro blocks and audio cutouts every 10 seconds or so.  I have an SA 8300,  but it also happens if I use the TV's tuner.

504 and 506 still mostly bad for us. Seattle vs. Dallas was bad on 504. OSU vs. Florida was bad on 506 last night.

Sugar Bowl on 506 was OK. Local programming during the day has been ok the few times we've watched.

I had TWC out last Friday and the Tech added an amp and splitter which did improve the signal performance and resulting picture/sound.  However, last night started to experienec audio drop outs while watching the OSU-Florida game on 506.  Noted the BER was in the 10-5 range on 506.....the other HD channels appeared to be in the green levels for BER.  Is this a local or system wide issue?

I watched through the 3rd quarter without any issues, then retired due to the  the blowout.  Sounds like you still have a local issue IMO.

The OSU-FU game on 506 was practically unwatchable last night, there were so many dropouts.  The game would sometimes go for a few minutes without problems, but then they'd resume, dropping every ten seconds.  Then later, Leno on 504 had periodic problems as well.  So clearly both channels still have issues.

I wonder if tencom can comment on the channel 103 problem.

A problem exists with  channel 103 that carries the HDTV video streams of both channels 4  4.1 and 6 plus a barker channel.
