I'm in Kenosha, and currently have my 4228 in my attic, aimed at the superior city South of us so I can get their channels.

I've read that some have had success with removing the reflectors off this guy, and able to pull in milwaukee's signals as well.

Anyone here have this 1st hand. From my location, I've got nearly 180 degrees between MKE and Chicago...

I live on KR, just north of you.  Six months ago I put the smallest/cheapest Radio Shack antenna that they make (20 bucks) on a small tripod on my roof (no amplifier, just a coax cable to my TV).  It's got the small V on the back.  It makes no difference which way I point it as all Milwaukee/Chicago stations come in regardless.  I've never tried inside my attic so can't help you there.  Hope this info helps with your situation.
