New Navigator Software

Not sure about everyone else but here in Waterford we got a mailer yesturday letting us know that atleast one of our boxes would be updated with the new Navigator software on the 19th.

I woke up this morning hoping my HD DVR had been updated but as of yet none of my boxes have been updated..

They've been rolling this out for the last couple months.  I've had it on my one box for the last 2 months and I'm not really impressed, there are bugs and certain things don't work right and sometimes when accessing a channel you don't get a pic just sound and you have to go channel up/down to get the pic to come back.   In the Holiday Spirit, Bah Humbug!


Although I wish they would roll out the caller id for Digital Phone users they keep touting on their ads.

My understanding is they are updating the STD non-DVRs first in some areas and no DVRs are yet done for Navigator.
Some folks at work have both kinds of STBs and their non-DVR is working in Navigator mode vs. the DVR which is not yet, very confusing.

great! sounds like I have new reasons to be terrified now. especially if the bugs affect my wife!!!
