12 and 18 keep cutting out

I just set up my H10 receiver and am having trouble with OTA on channels 18 and 24. I put a signal amp on which helped but my signal strength still bounces between 70% and 0%. On all the other channels I have over 70% strength. The signal strength was pretty surprising to me since I'm by Hwy164 and Interstate 43 in the town of Waukesha. Any body see this with these channels. I went to the CEA site and 18 uses the same compass orientation as 24 but 24 seems to work fine.

Uhf signals can be very funny they tend to splatter when met by obstructions and certain freq's bothered more than others.  A slight change in any direction of even a few inches can make the difference, and not just rotating it either.

You may have to physically try another spot and see what may happen.  Or try
changing the elevation either up or down will someone is watching you screen.

Signal strength only tells about 1/4 of the story they are many other factors when it comes to digital reception.
