FSN Plans to Double HD Output

Regional Sports Nets Will Shoot 2,500 Hours of HD
Fox's regional sports networks are set to announce a major increase in their hi-def programming output. FSN plans to double its HD telecasts for major live events over the next year. That translates to about 1,000 games (or 2,500 hours, about 25 percent of FSN's schedule) for the 2006-07 sports season, showcasing regular-season games from the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League and NCAA Football.
