Over as AVS many believe that Directv created this somewhat lofty package so that when they charge people with Directv theft (fake access cards giving you access to everything) then they can allege they have been defrauded $7500 in a court of law.

I do not believe that anyone would actually subscribe to this.

Anyone who would buy into that package has way too much money and time on their hands. The theft/damages theory seems to make sense.
