TWC & Tivo S3

Ok.  So I am getting sick and tired of TWC.  I am now paying 93.xx for one HD DVR with all HD's plus HBO.  

So, I was thinking about ditching cable all together and going with the S3 for just HD OTA, however, my wife wanted to keep some of the cable channels.  So I called TWC and asked about just getting basic cable service.  They want 52 for that.  I called 2x and both reps said the same thing.  They said that an 'antennal' service was 31.

Am I crazy or is that a lot of money!  I am also considering Dish as well due to HD content.

Thoughts?

simple .. smart idea. drop Twc go with dish if you need additional channels otherwise OTA is the way to go.
