"Horizontal tearing" artifact during the Packer game?

Anyone else seeing a weird semi-transparent horizontal line that slowly scrolls down the screen and loops around? It looks almost like an analog artifact, but this is happening on my computer w/ no analog connections anywhere. Never seen it before.

Doesn't look like it's happening during commercials.

Dont see it here but the broadcast does appear to be a bit grainier than normal.

Packers trying to make it a perfect season.. 0-16 :-)  Picture was Ok for me I guess i wasn't paying much attention to it.

PQ was awful. I honestly thought that Fox had decided to do SD widescreen after all.  I hit pause and that was just a really bad mottling. Last week it loooked awesome. This week was just less than sub-par.
