I tried to find the CBS press release, but couldn't, so this will have to do:

Remastering Star Trek: TOS FX, Music Enhanced

There isn't a list of the stations that will be carrying it, but I would imagine Milwaukee is on the list.  (It wouldn't  surprise me if it ends up on WMLW, which does us absolutely no good.)

Hopefully the growing syndicated HD content will help push a solution to the local stations.

I can hardly wait as I currently watch the TOS Star Trek for the cheesy 1960's effects alone, sort of a comedy vs. being serious about the medium and the "message" of the show.
As for getting the phasers to look more real, the outside of the Enterprise looking more of a ship than a frisbee, I am all for it.
So when will Mark Cuban take on Star Trek TOS as he is with the newest one for HDNET?
TOS is being remastered into HD, which is really even more cool besides the update on CGI. :cool:
