I saw this posted on the AVS Forum:

USDTV Files for Chapter 7

This should be good news, unless someone decides to buy the assets and set up a new service.

Saw this on the AVS Forum today:

NexGen Telecom Acquires USDTV Assets and Continues Providing Unique Over-the-Air Cable Alternative

I guess we were celebrating too soon.  Hopefully, the new owners won't be any more successful than the prior ones.
