WTMJ - Channel 4 picture problem

I recently noticed a picture problem on Channel 4 (TW channel 504), and I am wondering if others have noticed this same problem.  In the upper right quadrant of the screen there are images that I can best describe as shadows that are permanently there.  Under normal circumstances, it isn't easy to see them, but when the screen goes completely black, they are quite apparent.  There is a line, and a couple of blotches.  It looks like burn in.

I thought at first that this was a problem with my TV, however these shadows don't appear on any other channel - only 504.  It is more annoying than anything else.  I first noticed it about 2 or 3 weeks ago. :confused:

I've seen this too.  The lines and blocks show up along the encoder macro blocks.  Not always there, but I have noticed them.  The picture content affects their visibility.  Tod

Whenever I'm watching Last Comic Standing, recorded from OTA 4.1, I notice a solid, clear line near the top of the image... probably 2/3 of the way up. It's only on that channel, and only during SD programming. I haven't checked yet if this is on local programming as well.
