WCIU-DT rf channel 27 Chicago (26.1-3) goes full power on 4/13/06, and HD
on 4/14/06. Signal should make it almost up to Milwaukee with an
outdoor antenna. They are going from 15 kw to 160 kw.
They will be 720p with their "MeTV" and channel 48 subchannels, but those
channels will be "robbed" of bandwidth on the fly if 26-1 needs it for sports events.
