Was Saturday's Eagles/ Giants game on Digital 6 broadcast in 720p format? It was WS and much better than their "normal" signal.

Fox doesn't do 720p or 1080i...they do Fox Enhanced Widescreen...or in other words....
480p 16:9.  So it's better than 480i 4:3 but nothing like the College Games on CBS and watch for NFL playoff games on CBS58 real soon.
