I know you're still on a ramp-up and learning curve and we enjoyed watching "The Sound of Music" in HDTV and 5.1 sound...however....I had to keep the audio remote in my hand everytime the ads came on.  I'm used to broadcasters compressing the sound on ads to get your attention but the advertising last night was at least 10dB louder than the program.  I had to reduce the volume on my receiver by 30% everytime an ad came on so I could hear my wife next to me.

I just thought you guys would like to know that this isn't what I would call acceptable standards.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.
