Logitech is offering a $50 rebate  too.  So that brings the price to $116 plus shipping.  Shipdog has good reseller ratings.

I have this remote and it works well for all my equipment.

This is a great remote.  I've always hated universal remotes, none of them worked with all of the gear all of the time.  The Harmony does.
