In a few days, we will be starting a new year.   So...time to break out the crystal balls, what to you think 2006 will bring to the local HDTV scene, or even the national scene?

P.S.-  Happy 2006!!

Here's mine:  In 2006, TWC will add Universal HD, 1 HD religious channel, and 7 HD Shopping channels.  Heck, who wouldn't want to see the Cubic Zirconia ear rings in HD before they buy them?   ;)

WITI and WISN will upgrade eq. and improve their crappy SD PQ.
Just don't know when it will happen - in 2006 or by 2010. :D

WISN will preempt the Fiesta Bowl to tell us it might   {storm} . :) It's in the forecast.

Happy New Year.  {cheers}

In 2006, more consumers will not only buy HDTV sets, but the industry as a whole will start getting them more educated as to how to get HDTV, not just buy the set . :rolleyes:

Additionally, more and more HD channels will start appearing, especially on satellite. :)
