greys anatomy vs. packers

okay I maybe one of the few guys that doesn't care to watch the packers play tonight.  If I did it would be on ESPNHD not standard  def on AßC.  Now I loose Greys Anatomy tonight.  I know my DVR says it will record it @ 11:30 but with the news, interviews, and all the post game stuff we always miss shows when they try this.  Sometimes they never even air them.  This would be a good night  to have a national feed.  When I told my wife about her missinq her favorite show she was verry upset with this issue.  Just thought I would pass thiss along.

The west coast feed just started, of course the Wiz didn't choose to serve their customers and show it. The good news is WISN isn't the only ABC affiliate in the region, unfortunately they just happen to be the one most of Milwaukee is stuck with.

yeah, our dvr only caught the first have of gray's anatomy (it didn't start until midnight). At least we got to see an extra half hour of samkon gado interviews.

Just wanna get this off my chest... TV copyright laws are a bit ridiculous, especially for someone like me. I pay a massive monthly bill to the cable company for an HD-DVR, HD Box, HD Package, Showtime, HBO, Starz, Encore, the Digipic2000 tier, Road Runner, and I buy a couple TV show DVD boxsets every year... if it's illegal for someone like me to download an episode of my favorite show that I missed due to signal problems, a DVR error, a brain error, or local affiliate problems... well then that law can go to hell. :guns:

(Oh, and if the local TWC still isn't going to pick up UniversalHD, which I would gladly pay for, yes, I'm going to download season 2 of Battlestar Galactica in HD when they start to air it.)

I know this is way past useful information for Grey's, but I figured this would happen so I set my TiVO to record an hour after Grey's was supposed to end - therefore getting all of it.  This is a good idea if sports run long - simply set the TiVo to record an hour or so later just in case.
