58-1 - Grey side bars?

Has anyone else noticed that 58 uses grey side bars instead of black when transmitting SD content?  Or have I somehow screwed up my TV?  Other Milwaukee channels still use black, correct?

58-2 is sent out as 480i and probably shows up on your display with gray side bars (because of your set top box).  Same with 24-1.

58-1 is sent out as 1080i and should always have black side bars.
