Just got a new plasma & HTIB. TWC is connecting next week. I am wall mounting the TV, and looking for help installing this system.

Doesn't the vendor you bought it from offer installation???

Sometimes it makes sense to buy from a full featured dealer if you need all the support, otherwise in the end you end up paying more and screwing around more.

Just my .02 worth.
