Well I think it was PT Barnum who said one is born every minute.  And I think WC Fields said don't give a Sucker an Even Break!

Here's one that will either have Xbox 360 fans fuming or just plain shaking their heads.

This site raised money through donations to buy an Xbox 360 at launch just so they could smash it in front of Xbox 360 fans sitting in the long line waiting to get theirs just to tick them off. Has pictures and says the video will come soon.

Here's an old gaming granny that can put the smack down and has a mouth to match. So funny! You go granny!

Funny video of pranksters dropping an Xbox 360 box in front of launch crowd waiting in line for Xbox 360.

The box has no Xbox 360 in it, but the crowd didn't know that!

WARNING!
There is a little explicit language content.

Here's the short version.

Oh... it was all in good fun. It gave me a good laugh. I just wish they had went to more stores then that.......instead of just two.

What was really stupid is they picked 2 stores that are 35.7 miles apart according to Yahoo Maps. There are plenty of other stores that are closer that they could have gone to. Idiots!  :drink:

Quote from: GS kidThis seems to only be in 1080i mode and only with Perfect Dark Zero. The rest of the games seem to do fine in 1080i upscale mode. Hopefully they will have an update. Since my Sony 34xbr800 upscales 720p signals to 1080i for me anyways, I have no reason to use the Xbox 360's built-in scaler.

Keep in mind that PDZ is one of the only games that when in 1080i mode, it is actually rendered in full 1080i resolution... there's no scaling going on with that game. However you shouldn't see a difference if your hdtv isn't over 1280x720 resolution. But, if your hdtv scales everything to 1080i anyways, you just might get a better image if you let the X360 render it in 1080i in the first place.
(Although some have said the game is rendered in 720p still... I don't know, if this was the only game which can render 1080i that might be the source of some overscan problems)

With the media center portion of the 360, can it view live tv from a tuner card on a MCE2005 machine and have all of the basic DVR functions (guide, pause, etc)?  Or do you just have the ability to watch recorded shows?
