It may have been imitation "Enhanced Definition", but it did not look stretched to me.  Now that they understand the aspect ratio bit, hopefully they can figure out the "Enhanced Definition" part.

doh, realized I posted in the wrong thread.   Then I deleted it and saw you responded.  

For everyone elses benefit, I posted:
I live in Cedarburg at the corner of Madison & Cleveland.  We have an antenna on the roof and a DTC-100.  I get a signal strength of 24 for 6-1.
